Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 6 June 2026
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ColorAura website and your purchase of any products or services from us. By placing an order, creating an account, or using this website, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before you order.
In these Terms, "ColorAura", "we", "us" and "our" refer to PANKAJ GRAPHICS, operating as ColorAura, A-8, City Industrial Estate, Udhana Main Road, Surat 394210, Gujarat, India, GSTIN 24ABDFP5144L1Z4. "You" and "your" refer to the customer placing the order.
1. About our products
ColorAura produces high-end, custom-printed products, including catalogues, booklets, magazines, brochures, marketing materials, labels, stickers, wedding stationery, corrugated boxes, and custom paper cups. The substantial majority of our products are made to order and personalised to your specifications. This affects your cancellation and return rights (see Sections 8 and 9).
2. Orders and order acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm acceptance of your order and, where applicable, confirm your final artwork proof. We may decline or cancel an order before production for reasons including: artwork that cannot be produced to standard, suspected fraud, pricing or stock errors, or content we consider unlawful or infringing. If we cancel a paid order before production, we refund the amount paid.
3. Pricing, taxes and quotations
All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. Applicable GST (CGST, SGST/UTGST, or IGST as determined by place of supply) is added at checkout. Custom or large-volume work may be priced by a written quotation; quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. We may correct any pricing error before accepting your order; if a corrected price is higher, you may cancel for a full refund.
4. Payment
We accept payment through our payment partners, including card, net banking and UPI (via Razorpay) and bank wire transfer. Production does not begin until full payment (or an agreed advance for quotation-based work) is received and cleared. We do not store your full card or banking details; these are handled by our payment providers under their own terms.
5. Artwork, files and your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy and quality of all artwork and content you supply. This includes spelling, grammar, layout, images, pricing, contact details and any other content in your files.
- Files should be supplied as print-ready PDF (or another format we confirm), in CMYK, at a minimum of 300 DPI, with the bleed, margins and dimensions specified on the product page or by our team.
- We are not obliged to proofread, edit or correct supplied files and are not liable for errors present in files you approve.
- If we provide design or file-preparation services, you remain responsible for approving the final proof.
6. Proof approval
Where a digital proof is provided (including via WhatsApp or email), production begins only after you approve it in writing. Your approval confirms that the content, layout, colours, dimensions and finish are correct. We are not responsible for errors, omissions or quality issues that were present in, and not flagged at, the approved proof. If you ask us to proceed without a proof, you accept full responsibility for the output.
7. Colour, materials and production variances
Printing is a physical process with inherent tolerances. By ordering you acknowledge and accept the following industry-standard variances, which are not considered defects:
- Colour: Screens display colour in RGB; printing uses CMYK. Colours on your monitor may differ from the printed result. Minor colour variation between proofs, print runs, materials and finishes is normal. For exact brand colours, request a physical proof or specify a Pantone/spot colour where supported (additional charges may apply).
- Quantity: Print runs may vary by approximately ±10% of the ordered quantity. We bill for the quantity delivered within this tolerance unless agreed otherwise.
- Trimming, folding and finishing: Small position shifts within standard tolerances may occur.
- Stock and substrate: Slight differences in paper shade, weight or texture between batches may occur.
8. Cancellations and changes
You may request to cancel or change an order before you approve the proof and before production begins, by contacting us at hello@coloraura.in. Once you have approved the proof or production has begun, the order cannot be cancelled or changed, because the goods are made to your specification. Any refund for a pre-production cancellation may be reduced by costs already incurred (for example, design work or materials).
9. Returns, refunds and reprints
Because our products are custom-made to your specifications, they are not eligible for return or refund on the basis of change of mind, incorrect content you supplied or approved, or the acceptable variances described in Section 7.
We will reprint or refund, at our discretion, where the product is materially defective or does not match your approved proof due to our error. To claim:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@coloraura.in, with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs.
- Retain the full delivered quantity; we may require return or inspection of the goods.
Our maximum liability for a defective order is limited as set out in Section 12.
10. Turnaround, dispatch and delivery
Production timelines begin after payment is cleared and your artwork/proof is confirmed. Indicated turnaround (for example, dispatch within 3 to 5 business days of artwork confirmation) is an estimate, not a guarantee, and excludes courier transit time. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, incorrect delivery details, force majeure, or delays in your proof approval or payment. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to you or your nominated address.
11. Intellectual property and content warranty
You warrant that you own or are licensed to use all artwork, logos, images, text and other content you supply, and that printing it does not infringe any third party's intellectual property, publicity or other rights, or any law. You agree to indemnify ColorAura against any claim, loss or cost arising from the content you supply. We may refuse any job we reasonably believe to be unlawful, infringing or offensive.
All content on the ColorAura website (including text, design, graphics and brand elements) is owned by or licensed to us and may not be copied or used without our written permission.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit, business, goodwill or anticipated savings. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
13. Privacy
We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By placing an order you consent to that processing.
14. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any non-excludable rights you have as a consumer, the courts at Surat, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time you place your order applies to that order.
