  • Identity and contact data: name, company name, billing and delivery address, email, phone number, GSTIN (if you provide one).
  • Order and transaction data: products ordered, specifications, order history, invoices, and communication about your order.
  • Artwork and files: design files and content you upload or send to us for printing.
  • Payment data: processed by our payment partners. We do not store your full card or bank account numbers (see Section 4).
  • Technical and usage data: IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, and similar analytics, collected through cookies (see Section 6).

2. How we use your data

We use your data to: process, produce and deliver your orders, and send proofs for approval (including via WhatsApp or email); take payment and issue GST-compliant invoices; provide customer support; send order updates and, where you have not opted out, relevant offers; maintain and improve the website; and meet legal, tax and accounting obligations. We rely on your consent, the performance of our contract with you, and our legitimate business and legal obligations as the bases for processing.

3. Who we share data with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with: payment processors (for example, Razorpay) to take and confirm payment; logistics and courier partners to deliver your order; service providers who host and operate our website and IT systems; and professional advisers or authorities where required by law. These parties may use your data only for the purposes we specify.

4. Payment data

Payments are handled by our payment partners (including Razorpay) through their own secure systems. We receive confirmation of payment and limited transaction details, but we do not collect or store your full card number, CVV, or net-banking credentials. Your payment is also subject to the payment provider's own privacy policy.

5. Artwork and uploaded files

Files you send for printing are used solely to produce your order. We may retain them for a reasonable period to handle reprints, disputes, or repeat orders, after which they may be deleted. You are responsible for keeping your own master copies. We treat your artwork as confidential and do not use it for any other purpose without your permission.

6. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working (for example, your cart and login), to remember preferences, and to understand how the site is used. You can control or block cookies through your browser settings; some features may not work correctly if you do.

7. Data retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above, including the periods required by Indian tax and accounting law (for example, records tied to GST invoices). When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.

8. Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse, and unauthorised access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request to access the personal data we hold about you, correct inaccurate or incomplete data, delete your data where we are not required to keep it, and withdraw consent for marketing at any time. 10. Children

Our website and services are intended for business customers and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will remove it.
