How to Prepare Your Design File
File Format: PDF is best. We also accept AI, CDR, EPS, PSD, JPEG, and PNG.
Colour Mode: Set your file to CMYK (not RGB). CMYK is how printers produce colour. RGB is for screens — if you send RGB, colours may shift slightly in print.
Resolution: Minimum 300 DPI. This ensures text is sharp and images are clear. Low-resolution files (from websites or screenshots) will print blurry.
Bleed: Add 3mm extra on all sides beyond the cut line. This prevents white edges after trimming. If you’re unsure how to add bleed, send us your file and we’ll check it for you.
Safe Zone: Keep important text and logos at least 5mm away from the edges to avoid them being trimmed off.

Single side: printed on one face only (blank on the back). Both side: printed on front and back. Choose both side when you need to maximise the information on each flyer — e.g., offer details on front, menu/map on back.

If the print does not match your approved proof due to a production error (colour, alignment, cutting, or paper defect), we reprint at no cost. Contact us with videos & photos within 48 hours of delivery. We do not offer refunds for design errors in your submitted artwork or screen-vs-print colour differences.

Our Commitment: Every order goes through a multi-point quality check before dispatch. If you receive a print that does not match the approved proof due to an error on our side — such as incorrect colours, misalignment, smudging, cutting errors, or paper defects — we will reprint your order at no additional cost.
How it works: Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the issue. Our team will review and, if confirmed as a production fault, we’ll reprint and ship the corrected order promptly.
Please note: Since all our products are custom-printed to your specifications, we do not offer refunds or returns for reasons other than production errors. This includes design errors in the artwork you submit, colour differences between screen (RGB) and print (CMYK), and change-of-mind after printing. We strongly recommend reviewing your digital proof carefully before approving it for print.
