Sizes
A4 (8.3 × 11.7 inch) is the standard for course completions, awards and appreciation certificates. A5 (5.8 × 8.3 inch) suits participation cards, workshop tokens and inserts.
Paper & print type
Standard — smooth white card for everyday certificates. Matte Finish — a flat, glare-free surface that reads cleanly under frame glass. Premium Textured Paper — a linen-like feel that says the achievement mattered. Velvet Finish — soft-touch coating with a rich, muted look for awards and recognition.
Print
Full-colour digital print on one side. Borders, seals, crests and signatures reproduce sharply; fine gold-effect artwork prints as a colour tint (real foil is available on request — message us).
Preparing your file
Set the page at the exact size with 3 mm bleed on every side, CMYK colour, 300 dpi images and fonts converted to outlines. Keep text and borders at least 4 mm from the trim edge. Leave the name and date lines blank if you will fill them by hand or print them later.
Personalised names
Prices above are for one design printed identically on every copy. If you need each certificate printed with a different name, send us an Excel list along with your design and we will quote the variable-data run separately.

From 10 to 1,000 pieces. Price per certificate falls steeply at 100, 300 and 500. For larger runs, message us for a bulk quote.

Can I get gold foil or embossing?
