Everything about this brochure

Size and fold

A4 (210 × 297 mm) folds once to A5 — a generous four-panel brochure for menus, programmes and product sheets. A5 (148 × 210 mm) folds once to A6 — a pocket-sized hand-out or greeting-style card. Both are printed on both sides and folded along the short centre line.

Paper & print type

Standard Finish — everyday coated paper for hand-outs. Matte Finish — flat, glare-free and easy to read. Glossy Finish — colours and photographs pop. Premium Textured Paper — a linen-like feel for hospitality and premium brands. Velvet Finish — soft-touch coating for the brochure that has to feel expensive.

Full-colour print on both sides, so all four panels are printed. Heavier stocks are scored before folding so the crease stays clean with no cracking.

Preparing your file

Supply two pages at the flat size (A4 or A5) — outside and inside — with 3 mm bleed, CMYK colour, 300 dpi images and fonts converted to outlines. Keep text at least 4 mm from the trim and 3 mm clear of the centre fold. Ask us for a free half-fold template if you need one.

Quantity and price

Prices above are for one design in one size and finish. Quantities run from 25 to 5,000 pieces and the price per brochure falls sharply as you go up. For larger runs or multiple designs, message us for a quote.

Turnaround, delivery and GST

Dispatch within 3–5 working days of proof approval, by tracked courier across India. All prices are inclusive of GST and every order gets a GST invoice.

Do the brochures come folded?

Yes. Every brochure is scored (on heavier stocks), folded and packed flat, ready to hand out.

Bi-fold or tri-fold — which should I pick?

Bi-fold gives four larger panels and suits menus, programmes and anything with photographs or tables. Tri-fold gives six narrow panels and fits racks, pockets and DL envelopes.

Which finish should I choose?

Matte for text-heavy brochures, gloss for photo-led designs, velvet or textured when the brochure is part of a premium pitch. Standard is the economical choice for high-volume hand-outs.

What is the minimum order?
