How to Prepare Your Design File
Document Size: Design at the FLAT A4 size: 210 × 297 mm. Design the entire flat sheet with all 6 panels — we handle the folding.
Panel widths: The inner flap panel (the one that folds inward first) should be 1–2 mm narrower than the other two panels to fold cleanly without buckling. Standard panel widths: outer panels 100 mm each, inner flap 97 mm.
Fold Lines: Keep important text and images at least 5 mm away from both fold lines. Elements that cross fold lines will appear misaligned after folding.
Colour Mode: CMYK (not RGB). RGB files may shift in colour during printing.
Resolution: Minimum 300 DPI for sharp text and vibrant images.
Bleed: 3 mm on all sides beyond the trim edge.
File Format: PDF is best. Also accept AI, CDR, EPS, PSD, high-res JPEG/PNG.
