Custom Print Corrugated Shipping Boxes

RSC (regular slotted carton) — the standard shipper for cartons and bulk packing. Die-cut mailers — self-locking e-commerce boxes that open flat and need no tape, the unboxing favourite of D2C brands. Trays with lids, and custom die-cut designs made from your drawing or ours.

A flute is the wave of paper between the liners. B flute is about 3 mm thick — strong in stacking, compact in shipping, and flat enough to print well. It covers most e-commerce, apparel, food and FMCG packaging needs, which is why our corrugation line runs B flute.

3 ply (single wall) is one flute between two liners — right for most products up to about 5 kg. 5 ply (double wall, BB) doubles the flute for heavier, fragile or export shipments. If you tell us what goes inside and its weight, we recommend the right construction with the quote.

The outer liner can be natural kraft (brown) or white top — white is the base for clean full-colour printing. Liner GSM and bursting strength are chosen for your contents weight and transit route; we specify the exact board grade on every quote so you can compare fairly.

Plain, one or two colour, or full colour CMYK — with lamination for a premium finish. Full colour looks best on white-top board. Inside printing is available on mailers for an unboxing moment.

Minimum 500 boxes. Typical production is 5–7 working days after approval, confirmed exactly on your quote. Repeat orders run faster because the die and board grade are already settled.

B flute (about 3 mm) is the workhorse of e-commerce and FMCG packaging: a good printing surface, strong stacking, and compact shipping. We run it as 3 ply single wall and 5 ply double wall (BB).

Measure the inside: Length × Width × Height in mm, in that order. If you are not sure, send us the product dimensions and weight — working out the right box is part of the job.

As a working rule, 3 ply B flute suits contents up to about 5 kg; heavier, fragile or export shipments move to 5 ply BB. We confirm the board grade for your exact product before quoting.
