Everything about this card

Size and corners

Standard 3.5 × 2 inch (89 × 51 mm) card with all four corners rounded to a 3 mm radius. Rounded corners resist dog-earing in a wallet and give the card a friendlier, more finished look.

Card stock

350 GSM art board — stiff, smooth and bright white, the same stock as our standard cards.

Finish

Standard (no lamination) keeps the natural card surface. Matte lamination gives a soft, glare-free look. Gloss lamination makes colours pop. Velvet Touch is a soft-touch lamination with a suede-like feel that people notice the moment they take the card.

Print sides

Single-side or both-side full-colour print. Both-side is the better value if you have a logo, tagline or a second language for the back.

Preparing your file

Set the artwork at 3.5 × 2 inch with 3 mm bleed on every side, CMYK colour, 300 dpi images and fonts converted to outlines. Keep text and logos at least 4 mm from every edge — rounded corners trim more than square ones. Do not draw the rounded corners in the file; we cut them.

Quantity and price

Prices above are for one design. Quantities run from 200 to 2,000 pieces and the price per card falls as you go up. For several people on one order, add each name as a separate order or message us for a team quote.

How rounded are the corners?

A 3 mm radius on all four corners — clearly rounded without looking like a playing card.

Which finish should I choose?

Matte for a clean professional look, gloss for photo-heavy designs, velvet touch when you want the card to feel premium in hand. Standard (no lamination) is the economical option.

Do I need to design the rounded corners myself?

No. Supply a normal rectangular card design with bleed and we cut the corners.

What is the minimum order?
