Paper and print specification

A4, 210 × 297 mm. 100 GSM Excel Bond paper — smooth, bright white, printer-safe. Full-colour CMYK on Heidelberg sheet-fed offset, so logos and brand colours stay consistent from the first sheet to the ten-thousandth.

Where letterheads earn their keep

Quotations, proposals, appointment and experience letters, authorisation documents, invoices and purchase orders. Every formal communication carries more weight on branded paper — and a consistent letterhead is often the first thing a bank, auditor or new client sees from you.

Preparing your file

A4 with 3 mm bleed on all sides, CMYK colour mode, images at 300 dpi, fonts outlined or embedded. PDF is preferred; AI and CDR are fine. Leave the body area clear where letters will be printed. Not sure? Send what you have — the proof stage catches it.

Quantity and price

Prices are shown above for each quantity. Per-sheet cost drops steeply with volume, which is why most companies order 500–2,000 at a time and reorder the same file later — repeat orders are matched to the earlier print.

Turnaround, delivery and GST

Dispatch within 3–5 working days after proof approval. Tracked courier across India; delivery is calculated at checkout. A GST invoice is issued with every order.

What paper are the letterheads printed on?

100 GSM Excel Bond — a smooth, professional-grade paper that feels substantial in hand and runs cleanly through office printers.

Can I print on them later with my office printer?

Yes. 100 GSM bond is safe for both laser and inkjet printers, so you can print letters, invoices and quotations directly onto the letterhead.

What is the minimum order?

10 sheets. Prices fall sharply as quantity rises — the per-sheet rate at 1,000 is a fraction of the rate at 10, so most businesses order a quarter or half year at a time.

Can I order a size other than A4?

A4 (210 × 297 mm) is the standard offering here. For A5, legal or custom sizes, send the requirement on WhatsApp and we will price it separately.

I do not have a design file. Can you make one?

This price is for a print-ready file (PDF, AI or CDR). If you need a letterhead designed or an existing file fixed, tell us on WhatsApp — it is quoted separately and usually takes a day.

Will I see a proof before printing?

Always. After you send your file we return a free digital proof on WhatsApp. Nothing prints until you approve it.

How long until delivery?

Dispatch within 3–5 working days of proof approval, by tracked courier across India. Delivery charges are calculated at checkout.
