Everything about this brochure

Size and fold

A4 sheet (8.3 × 11.7 inch / 210 × 297 mm) printed both sides and folded into three panels, finishing at DL (99 × 210 mm) — the size that fits a rack, a pocket and a standard envelope. Folded as a letter (C) fold with the right panel tucking inside.

Paper & print type

Standard Finish — everyday coated paper for hand-outs. Matte Finish — flat, glare-free and easy to read. Glossy Finish — colours and photographs pop. Premium Textured Paper — a linen-like feel for hospitality and premium brands. Velvet Finish — soft-touch coating for the brochure that has to feel expensive.

Print

Full-colour print on both sides, so all six panels are printed. Folds are scored before folding on heavier stocks so the crease stays clean.

Preparing your file

Supply two A4 pages (outside and inside) with 3 mm bleed, CMYK colour, 300 dpi images and fonts converted to outlines. The inside-fold panel should be about 2 mm narrower than the other two so it tucks in flat — ask us for a free tri-fold template if you need one. Keep text at least 4 mm from the trim and 3 mm clear of each fold.

Quantity and price

Prices above are for one design. Quantities run from 25 to 5,000 pieces and the price per brochure falls sharply as you go up. For larger runs or multiple designs, message us for a quote.

Turnaround, delivery and GST

Dispatch within 3–5 working days of proof approval, by tracked courier across India. All prices are inclusive of GST and every order gets a GST invoice.

Do the brochures come folded?

Yes. Every brochure is scored (on heavier stocks), folded and packed flat, ready to hand out.

Which finish should I choose?

Matte for text-heavy brochures, gloss for photo-led designs, velvet or textured when the brochure is part of a premium pitch. Standard is the economical choice for high-volume hand-outs.

Can I get a Z-fold or a different size?

Yes — pick the nearest option here and note it in your artwork note, or message us for a quote on Z-fold, gate-fold or A3 brochures.

What is the minimum order?

25 brochures of one design.

Will I see a proof before printing?

Always. After you upload, we preflight the file, check the panel widths and send a free digital proof. Nothing prints until you approve it.

How long until delivery?

Dispatch within 3–5 working days of proof approval, tracked to your door anywhere in India.
