TERMS & CONDITIONS — ColorAura (A Print Brand by Pankaj Graphics)

1. ORDERS & PAYMENT

Payment is due within 3 business days of invoice date.

Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.

2. PRINT FILES

Customer must supply print-ready files at 300 DPI, CMYK

colour mode, with bleed margins as specified.

Pankaj Graphics is not responsible for quality issues

arising from incorrect file specifications.

3. REFUND & REPRINT POLICY

No refunds on custom print orders once production begins.

Reprints are offered only for verified press errors on

our part. Claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

4. DELIVERY

Standard delivery: 5–7 business days pan-India.

Same/next day delivery available in Surat only.

Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

5. DISPUTES

All disputes are subject to Surat, Gujarat jurisdiction.

Governed by Indian law.
