Artwork Guidelines
To ensure your booklet prints perfectly, please follow these specifications:
• File Format: PDF (preferred). We also accept AI, CDR, EPS, and PSD files.
• Colour Mode: CMYK only. RGB files will be auto-converted, which may cause colour shifts.
• Resolution: Minimum 300 DPI for all images and graphics.
• Bleed: 3 mm bleed on all four sides of every page.
• Safe Zone: Keep all critical text and logos at least 5 mm from the trim edge.
• Page Count: Must be a multiple of 4 (including all cover pages). Total pages in your file should match your selected option.
• Fonts: Convert all fonts to outlines/curves before submitting.
• Page Order: Submit pages in reading order — Page 1 = front cover, last page = back cover. We handle all imposition.

Saddle stitch binding is the most common booklet binding method where two metal staples are driven through the spine fold to hold all pages together. It is cost-effective, looks professional, and allows the booklet to open flat for comfortable reading. It works best for booklets up to 64 pages.
Because of how booklets are printed and folded. A single sheet of paper folded in half creates 4 pages (front, back of each side). So every booklet regardless of binding type must have a total page count divisible by 4. This includes all four cover pages. If your content doesn’t fill the last few pages, we’ll add blank pages at the end or inside back cover.
